Refund / Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your goods Charms will refund your money in full provided goods are returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn and in there original packaging.  Refunds will be credited in full to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

If you wish to exchange your goods we will be happy to do so as long as they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt, unworn and in their original packaging.  Once we have received the goods you wish to exchange your new order will be sent out.

For health and hygiene reasons earrings can not be refunded or exchanged. Please call our customer services line to make refund or exchange arrangements.
